Extract Images from Word document step by step

In a word document, it is easy to insert images but what of to remove of all images. Think for a while you have 20-30 page which consists of both text and images but you have to require only text document or only images from it. So how will you extract images from it…?

It is a headache to remove all image one by one. By following some simple steps all images can be extracted in a single folder instantly in just one click.

Extract images from word document through “Zip Extraction Method”

In this method you have to change the extension of word document from ‘.docx’ to ‘.zip’. You will get all the images in chronological order and with high quality.
Select a particular Word document from which you want to extract the images
Change the extension from (“.docx” to “.zip”)
Now extract the zip file with any software like 7-zip or Winrar.
In the media folder you will see your images.

Save Word document as a Web page for Extracting images

This is an easy way from the above method to extract original images from the word document. In this process word document is to be save as Web page format i.e. (.htm .html).
Open a Word document, click on the “File” button on the top left of the document and select “Save As”.

Select the location where you want to save and give the File name. Now, under “Save As type” dropdown, select “Web Page”. Save it.

Now Open the location where you have save it, you will see your image in chronological order with great resolution and quality.
